As part ministry consultant and part counselor, Dave serves partner churches in Pennsylvania as State Director. He serves churches in not only implementing Men of Iron, but taking their men’s ministry to new heights. “I love working with churches to encourage them in their ministry,” Dave says. “I help hold them accountable, work with them and partner with them, and encourage them along the way.”

“I feel called to be a Godly man of influence and this role fits right in,” he says. Dave especially enjoys witnessing the impact Men of Iron is having on men and their churches. “As I’m trying to impact churches, I see the difference this ministry makes on men, and it’s clear this is where I’m supposed to be.”

He was first a part of Men of Iron as a mentor at his church. “As I started meeting with my protégé, it was clear this was a ministry making an incredible  impact on the lives of men, in ways big and small.” Dave became further involved in oversight as the volunteer director of the ministry at his church in 2014, and then joined the Men of Iron staff as Director of Ministry in March 2015.

Dave earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Delaware. His professional background includes staff direction and management at a summer camp, sales and marketing for his family’s metal fabrication company where he sat on the management and executive teams and missions work in Honduras. “I see where God had me professionally and how he was preparing me for the role I’m in today.”

Dave is married to Emily and they have three children: Eli, Lily and Toby. He enjoys playing sports and spending time outdoors, especially soccer, volleyball and wakeboarding. Dave and his family are part of Community Fellowship Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
