What is an Iron Rep?
Iron Reps help create momentum in a region by building relationships with pastors, business leaders, mentors, table hosts, and men who are looking to grow. They help men get connected to the right next step, whether that is mentorship, a group environment, an event, or another practical resource.
An Iron Rep helps translate the mission of Men of Iron into real local action.
This role is equal parts people, initiative, communication, follow-through, and stewardship. It is for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, creating trust, and helping build something bigger than himself.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a base of monthly financial partners
- Cultivate relationships with churches, business leaders, mentors, and community partners
- Launch and support mentorships, small groups, and retreats
- Recruit and develop local leaders
- Track activity and relationships in the CRM
- Capture stories of impact and help advance the mission locally
