Apply today to experience a Change of Pace + Change of Place = Change in Perspective. Only 6 spots are available for each retreat. Each applicant must commit to attending a retreat weekend and a small group meeting 1x per month for 6 months after the retreat.

January 2022. This Equilibrium is more than a mountaintop experience and specifically designed for men in their early-mid 20’s who desire growth in their faith, family, friends, fitness and finances. Located in the mountains of Huntingdon, PA with hiking trails, a hot tub, fire pits and a 300-foot zipline.
Central Pennsylvania - Spring '22
May is the perfect time for change in Pennsylvania. This retreat is specifically designed for business owners, managers or leaders in their late 30's - 40's who are looking to establish strong relationships with like-minded men who desire to pursue balance and growth in their faith, family, friends, fitness and finances. This retreat includes a first-class fly fishing experience!
North Florida - Spring 22'
This Equilibrium is more than a mountaintop experience and specifically designed for men in their mid 20’s to mid 30's who desire growth in their faith, family, friends, fitness and finances. This group of men will be mentored by Equilibrium Founder and Men of Iron Board Member, Dave Zillig. Located in North Florida along the Suwannee River, this location has hosted close to 100 men and approximately 20 retreats.
North Georgia Mountains - Fall '22
September is a perfect month to head toward the mountains of North Georgia for a change of pace and a change in place. This Equilibrium is more than a mountaintop experience and specifically designed for businessmen interested in leading and mentoring younger men in the second half of life. This retreat is guaranteed to provide a change in perspective and includes a world class fly fishing experience!
