Men of Iron is helping men grow through local leadership, practical discipleship, mentorship, groups, retreats, and church and organization partnerships.
Since 2006, Men of Iron has been focused on changing a culture, one man at a time. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we build regional impact through trusted local relationships and practical resources that help men take ownership of their faith, family, friends, fitness, and finances.
Some Men of Iron regions are already active with local Iron Reps serving men on the ground. Other regions are in the early stages of development as we connect with churches, business leaders, donors, and community partners who want to help bring Men of Iron to their area.

Men of Iron is headquartered in Lancaster County and has been serving men from Manheim, Lancaster, Lititz, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, and surrounding communities since 2006. Through local relationships, mentorship, groups, retreats, church and organization partnerships, and practical discipleship resources, Men of Iron continues helping men across Lancaster County take ownership of their faith, family, friends, fitness, and finances.
