Berks/Schuylkill Iron Rep

Colton Herb opened the Men of Iron Berks/Schuylkill region in April 2025 with a clear mission: help men across the region grow through practical discipleship, mentorship, groups, goals, and accountability.

Since launching the region, Colton has already helped impact more than 1,000 men through local groups, events, retreats, church and community partnerships, and one-on-one conversations with men who are ready to take ownership of their lives.

Colton is passionate about meeting men where they are. Whether he is sitting across the table from a man at a local Dunkin’ Donuts, helping launch a group in a local garage, or walking with a man who is trying to grow in his faith, family, leadership, and purpose, his heart is to help men take their next step.

Through Men of Iron, Colton is building trusted relationships with men, pastors, business leaders, and community partners across Berks and Schuylkill County. His role is to help men move from good intentions to action through clear goals, honest accountability, and practical discipleship.

Faith Nights at the Reading Fightin Phils

Join Men of Iron for Celebrate Your Faith Nights at the Reading Fightin Phils this summer. These Friday night games are a great opportunity for men, families, churches, and groups across Berks and Schuylkill County to enjoy baseball, connect with others, and hear players share how faith impacts their lives on and off the field.

Faith discussions begin at 5:45 PM, with first pitch at 7:00 PM.
