Tony Galati
As an Iron Rep for the Lancaster region, Tony’s responsibilities will include building relationships and partnerships with like-minded individuals, churches, and organizations to encourage men on their journey to know God and their purpose.
“God instilled in me a passion to help others from a young age. However, I spent the early years of my life bouncing between halfhearted commitments and living in pure rebellion. I am grateful for God’s grace, mercy, love and forgiveness. I have allowed God to take my regrets and use them as opportunities to help others as I am able to relate to many of the issues men face today. I also have a deep passion to help men who are walking through difficult marriages. God has truly blessed me with my position at Men of Iron and I humbly and thankfully choose to be used as a vessel for Him.”
Tony is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Biblical Studies and Counseling. Tony was first introduced to Men of Iron in 2005, when he joined the very first group of proteges. “I made the decision to join the team at Men of Iron because of the great mission of changing a culture one man at a time, and the passion of this team to honor God and follow the Holy Spirit’s direction. I have personally seen the impact of mentorships in men’s lives, including my own. I’ve been very blessed to have mentors lead me from a very young age up to this day. I know the importance of passing on what God has blessed us with personally. This is the legacy I live for! I believe wholeheartedly that we are responsible to help prepare men all around us to not only understand this principle of leadership legacy, but to actually live this out daily. This is why I chose to be a part of this team!”

Every man needs that “coach” who will encourage him, challenge him and kick him in the butt every now and then. That’s mentorship. That’s iron sharpening iron. Not only have mentors and protégés positively impacted my marriage, responsibilities as a father and businessman but even more importantly growth in my spiritual walk. In Matthew 28:19 we are All called to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. Why join the Men of Iron Board? “Men are called to mentorship, to share Biblical wisdom gained from life experiences, both positive and negative, with younger men. Making these connections is often awkward and therefore avoided. MOI provides the needed framework and model through which mentorship can begin and thrive. I have been privileged in my life to learn and grow from others, and then share that with those God has blessed me to mentor. I am grateful for this calling on my life and the privilege to serve MOI and the work the Lord is doing in and through this great organization.”
