Meet Scott Davis

Pinellas County Iron Rep

Scott Davis serves as the Men of Iron Pinellas County Iron Rep, helping lead the growth of Men of Iron across the Tampa Bay region of Florida.

Scott’s mission is clear: introduce men to Jesus and equip them to fully follow Him in every area of life. Through local relationships, church partnerships, mentorship, groups, and one-on-one conversations, Scott is helping men in Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area pursue accountability, spiritual growth, and intentional leadership.

Before joining Men of Iron, Scott served for 30 years as a firefighter lieutenant in the Atlanta area and has been an ordained pastor for more than three decades. He has seen the power of mentorship in his own life and believes deeply in preparing men to lead well at home, at work, in their churches, and throughout their communities.

Scott and his wife, Lori, live in Clearwater Beach, Florida, and are rooted in the local community. Whether he is sitting across the table from a man, connecting with pastors and business leaders, or helping build a stronger foundation for men’s discipleship in Pinellas County, Scott’s heart is to help men take their next step.
