For churches and men's group leaders

Gather your men. Start the conversation.

Anchoredman gives pastors, men’s ministry leaders, mentors, and community group leaders a practical study they can lead without building every lesson from scratch.

Each session follows a simple rhythm: Prep, Warm Up, Watch, Talk, and Challenge. Video teaching starts the conversation, and weekly challenges help men put their faith into practice.

  1. Get the Leader Pack. Start with the teaching videos and leader resources.
  2. Equip every participant. Choose a guidebook bundle or purchase additional guides so each man has his own.
  3. Choose a time and place. Gather your group and work through the five sessions.

Before you begin

Anchoredman Bootcamp: common questions

What is Anchoredman Bootcamp?

Anchoredman Bootcamp is a five-session, video-based Christian men’s small group study from Men of Iron. It uses rock climbing as a picture of faith to help men connect with God, build meaningful friendships, and take practical steps in their spiritual growth.

Who is this study designed for?

Churches, men’s ministry leaders, pastors, small groups, mentors, and community groups. It is approachable for men new to faith and useful for men who want a clearer plan for continued spiritual growth.

How many sessions are included?

The study includes five sessions: Solid, Redundant, Equalized, No Extension, and Be Dareful.

Do men need rock climbing experience?

No. Rock climbing is a teaching illustration. The series is a video-based discipleship study, not a climbing course.

What do I need to lead a group?

Get the Leader Pack for the videos, leader guide, and supporting resources. Each participant needs his own guidebook. Choose a bundle with 10, 25, or 50 participant guides, or purchase additional guides separately.

Do I need special training to lead?

No special training is required. Video teaching, leader tools, and the session rhythm help you guide discussion and practical action.

How does Anchoredman differ from A Man’s Game Plan?

Anchoredman focuses on connecting with God and building a foundation for spiritual growth. A Man’s Game Plan helps men evaluate all five areas of the Core5: faith, family, friends, fitness, and finances.

What can our group do next?

Explore A Man’s Game Plan, A Man’s Family, or A Man’s Finances based on your group’s needs. You can also explore the Equilibrium Retreat and Strong27™ mentorship through the Men of Iron resource pathway . Strong27 provides a framework for a man and his chosen mentor.

Know God. Know your purpose.

Help your men build on something solid.

Five sessions. Honest conversations. Practical steps toward a life anchored to Jesus.
