Paul Leininger - Director of Mentorship Development
As Director of Mentorship Development, Paul plays a key role in creating and sustaining 1-to-1 and micro group mentorships through developing and managing new and existing partners within Men of Iron’s market segments – church and community partners.
“Today, many men have surrendered their heart and soul to things that assault and sometimes end the adventure that God has rooted in them. Their desire to live life fully alive has been shrouded by the struggle with their past, their identity, failures as a husband or father, lost friendships, career fatigue, and addictions on all levels; in other words, self-sabotage. God has a greater purpose for every man! Spiritual maturity, accountability, and wholeness are not options but necessary for men to love God, to lead strong, to love strong, and to influence with integrity. Men of Iron was forged to do just that and provides the tools to propel them towards God’s purposes for them in their faith, family, friends, fitness, and finances. This is why I am passionate, honored, and privileged to be a part of the Men of Iron Team.”
Paul spent the past 4+ years as the Executive Director of Operations at Petra Church, giving oversight and leadership to administration and facilities. He also served as the Men’s Ministry Leader for over 6 years and continues in his role of Men of Iron ambassador at Petra, his home church. Prior to that position, he was the General Manager at Zook Molasses Co. & Good Food, Inc. from 2000-2015, overseeing food and feed grade production, warehousing, quality control, and transportation.
Paul and his wife Connie have three sons, Joshua (21) who lives in Minneapolis, Ian (18), and Max (16). Paul enjoys the adventures of dating his wife, cheering his sons on in life, mentoring, life in the wilderness (hiking, backpacking, camping), cycling, working out, yard work, reading, drumming, and graphic design.
Interesting fact about Paul: He has been playing drums for over 30 years and has played for many different churches, live worship recordings and events in different parts of the US as well as studio work.
