Travis Albanesius - Iron Rep
As an Iron Rep to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Travis’ focus is to introduce men to Jesus and equip them to fully follow Him in their Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness and Finances. He will to work establish local relationships and build an environment which leads men to seek out accountability, balance, and spiritual growth so they can be the great leaders, the Godly husbands and the intentional fathers that God designed them to be.
“Throughout my life I’ve been blessed to have Godly men invest time, energy, and resources into my development as a husband, father, pastor, and leader. When I look back on my life, I can point back to specific experiences at men’s retreats, one on one mentorships, and small group conversations where I was encouraged and challenged to step up and follow God more intentionally. This is what Men of Iron is all about! We exist to change our culture one man at a time. That’s a worthy mission! Time to step up, man up, and lead like it matters!”
Travis has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry where he worked with individuals and families to help them achieve their financial goals. He also has 7 years of experience serving in church leadership positions at a large multisite church in Pennsylvania and is working to complete his PhD. in Biblical Studies.
Travis has been married to his wife Nicole for 11 years and they have two children. He enjoys spending time with Nicole and the kids, fishing, hunting with his dad, reading, and Biblical studies.
Interesting facts about Travis: He won an Arena Football National Championship with the Reading Express in 2009 where he led the team in sacks and blocked kicks.
