Men of Iron 5K

We are excited to announce our Inaugural Men of Iron 5K Run/Walk on March 15, 2025 in Manheim, PA! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this event is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Join us at the Junction Center in Manheim, PA on March 15 to not only challenge yourself but also support a great cause as we seek to change a culture, one man at a time. Race Day Information

Race Day Address:

The Junction Center – 1875 Junction Road, Manheim PA 17545

Packet Pick-Up:

Friday, March 14 – 5:00-7:00 PM (SUPPLY Manheim: 280 South Oak St. Manheim, PA 17545)
Saturday, March 15 – 7:45-8:45 AM (The Junction Center: 1875 Junction Road Manheim, PA 17545

Parking:

The Junction Center has ample parking on-site, but in the event overflow parking is needed, spaces can be found at Root’s Country Market & Auction on Graystone Rd. Participants can then access a walking trail over to The Junction Center.

Bathroom Facilities:

Participants can plan to use the onsite facilities at The Junction Center.

Chip Timing:

The Men of Iron 5K will be chip timed by Falcon Race Timing.

WATER STATIONS:

Men of Iron will provide a drink station at the halfway point of the race. Water will also be available at the end of the race.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

Runners and walkers can still register the morning of the race from 7:45 – 8:45 AM.

RACE RULES & REGULATIONS

Entry fees are non-refundable
No-shows will not be mailed their race shirts or bags
Roller / in-line skates, skateboards, etc. are prohibited
The decisions of the race director are final in all matters
Chip time is recorded by an electronic chip that is attached to the runner’s bib. Your chip records the time at which you cross the start / finish line
As much as our team loves dogs…we ask you please leave your pets at home per The Junction Center’s rules. Of course, service dogs are welcome!

Race Start:

Runners and walkers will be called to the starting line at 8:50 AM and the race will officially start at 9:00 AM. As a courtesy, we ask all walkers to please line up behind the runners.

Signage:

No worries…the course will be marked with signs and volunteers!

Post-Race:

Be sure to look for the tent providing water and snacks. There will also be food/beverage vendors onsite to purchase coffee, drinks, and food!

Medical personnel will be available post-race to take care of minor injuries such as blisters, etc.

Awards:

Awards will be given to the top OVERALL Female & Male winner, as well as the top (3) Female and Male winners in the following age groups: 10 and Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50 and up
