This retreat is specifically designed for business owners, managers or leaders who are looking to establish strong relationships with like-minded men who desire to pursue balance and growth in their faith, family, friends, fitness and finances.

This investment includes retreat lodging, EQ resources, meals and snacks, and small group facilitation by Men of Iron Staff (Tony Galati, Iron Rep – Lancaster, PA). The retreat location is a beautiful private cabin on multiple acres deep in the woods of Beech Creek, PA.

Commitment & Expectations

Arrive to retreat location late afternoon on Friday, April 12th
Depart retreat location late morning on Sunday, April 14th
Attend small group meetings 1x per month from May – September 2024
