What is an Iron Mentor? An Iron Mentor directly supports (with their time, talent and treasure) our regionalized Iron Reps. The Iron Reps serve as our “boots on the ground” staff that help equip men and churches in their community to engage in mentorship and other small group resources. They enable us to grow regionally outside of our headquarters in Manheim, PA. Learn more about what an Iron Rep does, and how you can support them in your area.
