Over the last couple of blogs, we have unpacked a good way to begin the climb toward health and fitness. In his book, The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership, Errol provides invaluable tools to execute plans. Previously, we explored the situation and Mission. In this blog, we will wade into actions that must be taken. Actions are as follows:

Actions are the steps that need to be accomplished to complete the Mission.

 

Life is too short to be miserable, and life is too important to minimize your potential.

 

Begin where you are. ⁣

Begin with who you are. ⁣

Develop a vision based on your goals. ⁣

Look for habits to meet that goal⁣.

Lead yourself before you try to lead others.

Fight for your health and fitness.

 

In the legendary words of Theodore Roosevelt, “Get action. Do things; be sane; don’t fritter away your time; create, act, take a place wherever you are and be somebody; get action.”

 

Be a mentor.

Find a mentor.

Be a better man.
