Finances can take you away from your family, we can get to hooked on pursuing money
You can’t get away from money, you got to have it, it can become an idol

Before we talk about money it’s important to talk about a firm foundation, your FAITH
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.” Matthew 7:24-26
It’s easy to accumulate wealth or success and forget our need for God
Our hope today is to encourage you to keep building your foundation on God
There is a spiritual discipline tied to finances
God owns everything and I just manage it
Think about it: Is God in first place when it comes to your finances?
God is already in first place, we can only treat Him as if He’s not
God wants to be in first place in the area of our money
What if God asked you – how are you doing with my money?
God owns everything and I just manage it
Are your eyes on God who has given us everything we have or are your eyes on what we have?
Are you trusting the source or the resource?
