Overcoming Father Wounds | EP. 230

If you struggle in your relationship with your dad, it’s going to make your relationship with God harder.” – Ryan Zook

Ryan and Colton are back for Week 2 of the Fatherhood Series as we dive into a sensitive topic – overcoming father wounds. Whether your dad wasn’t in the picture, or you had a great dad, we hope this episode is a great resource for you. If you struggle in your relationship with your dad, it’s going to make your relationship with God harder. God is a God of restoration, He can heal your father wounds. It’s okay to be open about your struggles with your dad, be transparent, talk to someone. As we talked about last week, God is the ultimate Father and we should strive to be like Him whenever we can. If your dad wasn’t there for you or he wasn’t in the picture, he wasn’t striving to be like God the Father. The first step in healing is talking to God and talking to others. It’s not easy overcoming father wounds, take the first step of healing today.

Regardless of where you are in your journey, we have the tools and experiences for you. We provide one-to-one coaching, small group, and retreat curriculum. To know God is an adventure, and we are calling all men to conquer the mountain ahead of us. Men, it’s time to climb! >>> MENOFIRON.ORG/THECLIMB
