Men when faced with a temptation or trial we can either GIVE IN in or LEAN IN. Lean into the Holy Spirit, you can’t do it alone! We need the help of the Holy Spirit and the help of others. When we face our trials head on we will be mature and complete and this world desperately needs more mature and complete men.

It is so easy for us to allow the enemy to put lies in our head
When temptation hits, I can believe the lie that this temptation is too much and succumb to it
Or I can capture that thought in the moment of temptation, knowing that the Holy Spirit lives in me
Take EVERY thought captive with this mindset
Here are a few practical tips to “put your thought on trial”
- #1 – Take out your journal and write out both of your options in regards to the temptation or trial
- #2 – Write out the benefits/negatives of each option
When faced with a challenge don’t react, respond
Men, when temptation comes take EVERY thought captive and make it obedient to Christ
When we face our trials head on we will be mature and complete
This world needs more mature and complete men
