What is an Iron Rep?

An employee of Men of Iron with the job and responsibility to cultivate brand recognition within your territory

What does an Iron Rep do?

Implement and execute Men of Iron’s programs and resources within your territory (Mentorships, Retreats, Small Groups, etc.)
Recruit and enroll men in 1-to-1 mentorships, retreats and more
Oversee daily operations of your territory
Initiate and lead developing partnerships and other opportunities

Qualifications:

Self-starting, ambitious leader with a strong desire to impact the Kingdom of God
Christ Follower
Ability to build and maintain a network with affluent leaders
