Identify Your Leadership Style| EP. 132

“When we develop as leaders, we are better men.” // Garret Barbush

On EP. 132 Garret talks about identifying your unique gifting when it comes to leadership and building the right team around you. What is the unique Spirit that God has put upon you; humility, hard-work, grit, generosity? Only you can discern that. Men, God calls us each of us to a specific mission. We will begin to restore masculinity and change a culture when we start to live out our leadership styles.

  • “When we develop as leaders, we are better men.” // Garret Barbush
  • “The Lord said to Moses: “Bring me seventy of Israel’s elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the tent of meeting, that they may stand there with you. I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.” Numbers 11:16-17
  • What God is instructing Moses to do here is to start building his team and delegate
  • Moses realizes that he cannot do it on his own
  • The Spirit that was on Moses, was a Spirit of humility
  • As you develop as a leader, what is the unique Spirit that God has put upon you?
    • Humility?
    • Hard-Work?
    • Grit?
    • Generosity?
  • Only YOU can discern that, but you have to identify what that is
  • Today’s challenge: Identify the unique Spirit that God has put upon you and building the right team around you
